ANOTHER BUTTON "POPS"

    "Yikes, they don't fit either?   Those were my "biggest" choice!  I'm now down to ONE  pair of slacks?  Wow, I didn't realize I gained this much.  But…I HAVE been avoiding more and more social events and family get-togethers - I don't want anyone to see I've gained.  I don’t want to see "the looks",  hear the comments "you think you really need that desert?", or feeling "I’m being judged."

     Sound familiar?  Holidays are right around the corner, too.  Pretty clothes to wear, beautifully decorated homes, festive parties, time to feel great about yourself and feel confident about your appearance.

and wheats", the so-called "comfort foods" from your food routine.  Scientists have finally identified that a key factor in overeating is "Emotional" eating, thereby attempting to suppress feelings, reduce stress and change our mood.  Feelings that trigger  "Emotional" overeating are:  worry, anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame, and many others.

    We overeat to numb painful feelings so that we don’t have to experience them. Our feelings are the #1 cause of overeating.  For so many of us, food is a major tranquilizer.  This is one of the reasons why so many people develop an addiction to certain "favorite" foods - they act just like a medicine.  The only problem is that this homemade "medicine" can have serious physical side effects. 

     Let me help you discover the "freedom" from carrying around those heavy, cumbersome feelings.  Experience that weight lifted "emotionally", allowing the physical weight to release as well.  This is a win-win situation.

     Tapping away these blocks of negativity is called "Emotional Freedom Technique".  It is a FAST, (we’re speaking minutes here!)  EFFECTIVE process by which you take back command of your behavior in regards to over or binge eating.  You then RECLAIM YOUR PERSONAL POWER! This is accomplished in three easy steps of:  identifying the troublesome scene, pinpointing the strongest negative feeling, rating its’ intensity from 0 - 10,  ten representing the most intense.  We then start tapping.  This is a skill you were born with and it’s now time to activate it and make it work for you!  Call me and lets get started on the road to a bright future!
